Scope
Research on incorporation requirements in various jurisdictions as directed by management.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance requirements across different regions.
Assist in drafting Director and Member resolutions, minutes, and acknowledgements, ensuring accuracy, proper formatting, and legal compliance.
Maintain and develop statutory documents and records in compliance with relevant acts and authorities.
Liaising with professionals in different jurisdictions for submissions such as annual returns, audited financial statements, and other regulatory filings.
Provide secretarial support to international teams, ensuring consistent and efficient processes.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirement
Must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial or equivalent.
Experience in different regions is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as MS Word and MS Excel.
Proficient in spoken and written English; ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
At least 1 year of working experience in the secretarial duties or related field is required for this position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
