Job Descriptions:  Provide corporate secretarial services to a portfolio of clients. Register and lodge documents to the registrar according to the deadline provided in the Acts. Ensure all companies comply with the relevant sections of the Acts, policies, procedures, and guidelines. Assist in the preparation of statutory documents and circulation of documents to the relevant parties. Prepare certified documents.  Job Requirements:  Preferably candidate from Bachelor Degree in Corporate Administration, and with at least 1 year of company secretarial experience.Detailed, meticulous, analytical with high problem-solving skills. Good command of English language and business writing skills


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
