Job Decriptions: • Preparation of statutory documents and circulation of documents to the relevant parties.
• Maintain statutory books and records and ensure a proper filing system for secretarial documents.
• Prepare board of directors' and members' resolutions or minutes.
• Register and lodge documents to the registrar according to the stipulated deadline.
• Ensure all companies comply with the relevant sections of the Acts, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Prepare financial analysis and forecast for new and existing business as and when needed.
• Dealing with external consultants, government authorities, MIDA, etc for new projects.
Requirements: Senior & Junior position available. Candidate must possess ICSA / MIA qualification / Diploma / Degree in Corporate Administration / Finance /Legal / Secretarial Practice equivalent. Good command of both verbal and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Good interpersonal and communication skills Good organizational skill, proactive, independent and meticulous Challenging role with opportunity for growth & personal development Highly compliant, meticulous and attention to detail. Professional Qualification as a Company Secretary will be an added advantage. Familiar with Government bodies:- MIDA, GITA and etc Familiar with various Certification bodies, example: GGL, Manufacturing License and etc. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
