Dispatcher Role Overview

Roles and Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities: Coordinating and performing tasks such as delivering items between departments, picking up goods, handling banking errands, and purchasing items as needed.Secondary Responsibilities: Assisting with other tasks as assigned by directors or other departments. Daily Tasks and Routine: Review task requests from various departments.Prioritize and schedule tasks based on urgency and importance.Assign tasks to available drivers or perform tasks personally.Ensure completion and proper documentation of tasks. Key Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills.Excellent communication abilities.Proficiency in using dispatch software and mobile communication tools.Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
