VAT is the company that produces mission critical components for advanced production processes of innovative everyday products such as smartphones, flat screen monitors or solar panels. 

The Compensation and Benefits Analyst is responsible for analysing, designing, and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits programs to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with local labour laws. This role involves evaluating job requirements, recommending salary adjustments, and ensuring the organization's pay practices align with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities: Job Evaluation and Competitiveness: Research and assess job requirements and salary structuresEvaluate competitors' compensation packages to ensure the organization remains competitive.Ensure all pay structures comply with local laws and regulations.Compensation Analysis and Adjustments: Determine remuneration for new employees and regularly review compensation packages (base pay, incentives, bonuses, commissions, stock options).Analyse market trends and make recommendations on salary adjustments and raises.Internal Equity and Legal Compliance: Conduct in-depth analysis to ensure pay equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance.Maintain data integrity across compensation processes.Business Partner Education: Educate business partners and leadership on compensation practices, regulatory requirements, and changes in employment laws (e.g., minimum wage).Salary and Pay Recommendations: Provide recommendations for salary grades and pay rates for specific roles.Compensation Structure Management: Collaborate with regional compensation leads to maintain and improve compensation structures.Coordinate compensation processes with external consultants.Compensation Trend Analysis: Analyse and report on pay competitiveness, highlighting industry trends and opportunities.Monitor and forecast trends that could impact future compensation planning. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience in compensation analysis, benefits administration, or a related role.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data.Knowledge of local employment laws and regulatory requirements.Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with global or regional compensation structures.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with third-party compensation surveys (e.g., Mercer, Aon, JobStreet etc.,).
