Job Title:Compensation Benefits Manager
Location:Home Base
Key Responsibilities:Design, develop and manage the company's overall compensation and benefits system to ensure its competitiveness and fairness.
Conduct market research and analysis to determine appropriate salary ranges and benefits packages.
Manage the salary review process to ensure accurate and timely evaluations.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance and other welfare programs.
Develop and implement strategies to control compensation and benefits costs while maintaining employee satisfaction.
Work closely with HR and business leaders to provide compensation and benefits advice and solutions.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and policies regarding compensation and benefits.
Analyze and report on compensation and benefits data to support decision-making.
In charge of HR Operation including employee's on board/off board process in all regions.
Preferred Experiences and Skills:At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and practices.
Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using HR software and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
