Job ResponsibilitiesMonitor, organize, manage resources and implement action plans to ensure optimum efficiency in the operation of Laundry and Linen at HSAAS/HPUPM.
Participate in meetings and event schedule by HSAAS/HPUPM.
Provide regular customer service review and attend to inquiries and complaints.
Ensure and monitor that all data pertaining to linen services are keyed in correctly and on time so that related reports can be generated whenever required.
Ensure good housekeeping is maintained to safeguard the hygienic working environment.
Ensure that quality standards and operating procedures are established and maintained throughout the Laundries.
