We are looking for a dedicated full-time Compliance Analyst to join our team.
As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our business, partners, and customers by conducting meticulous KYC/CDD operations.
Requirements:
Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance within the fintech or banking industry, specifically handling KYC/CDD operations.
However, we also encourage those without direct experience but with a strong willingness to learn and a demonstrated interest in compliance or regulatory operations to apply.
Language Skills:Fluency inEnglishis required, and proficiency inMandarinis an added advantage.
Work Hours:Ability to work in Malaysia time, with flexibility for shifts, weekends, public holidays, and work outside of standard Malaysia working hours.
Attributes:Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and exceptionally high levels of integrity.
Skills:Excellent problem-solving abilities, creative thinking, and outstanding report writing skills.
Knowledge:Basic understanding of cryptocurrencies (preferred, but not mandatory).
Roles and Responsibilities:
Review customers' KYC applications, conduct customer screenings, and perform enhanced due diligence.
If necessary, request additional information/documentation from customers.
Assist the Compliance team with tasks such as transaction monitoring and ongoing watchlist screening.
