Apply locations Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala LumpurTime type: Full timePosted on: Posted YesterdayTime left to apply: End Date: December 31, 2024 (15 days left to apply)Job requisition id: JR24120510Position Responsibilities:Be responsible to ensure the Company's compliance with all applicable regulatory and statutory rulings; guidelines; and laws where stipulated in the Master Deed of Trust, Guidelines on Unit Trust Funds ("Guidelines"), Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing Act 2001, Companies Act 1965, Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 and any other relevant applicable regulations as well as compliance with the Regional, Group and Company's policies, procedures, objectives or best practices adopted.Manage and implement overall investment compliance monitoring process.Supervise the management of compliance module on Bloomberg system and review reports to ensure that the investment portfolios are managed in accordance with regulatory and mandate requirements, including investment restrictions.Manage the employees' personal trade approval process and the regular reporting requirements by the employees pursuant to the Code of Ethics for Personal Investing.Perform regular review of trading activities.Conduct training/education to all staff on compliance related matters.Submission of related reports to respective parties.Required Qualifications:Compliance experience within investment industry.Have an eye for details.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Working Arrangement:HybridAbout Manulife and John Hancock:Manulife Financial Corporation is a leading international financial services provider, helping people make their decisions easier and lives better.Manulife is an Equal Opportunity Employer:At Manulife/John Hancock, we embrace our diversity.
