Compliance Manager - Cyberjaya-(2400017N)Description·Conduct compliance checks to review the department's adherence to established controls, guidelines, regulations and policies.
This includes system access surveillance monitoring.·Perform Business Continuity Management activities, documentation and report submissions.
·Perform Control Self-Assessment (CSA) and Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), to facilitate reporting for Senior Management.
·Keep abreast of new and changes to regulations, compliances & controls.
Analyse applicability including seeking advice from head office and/or relevant Business and Support Functions where required.
Disseminate information on changes.·Provide risk related advice, conduct objective operational risk review to ensure appropriate controls are in place to mitigate the risks.
·Manage and coordinate requests for information and audit related activities.·Conduct stand-up /virtual training and/or briefings to staff·Participate in projects assigned.·Perform administrative support, submission of requests, issue escalations and ensure effective discharge of the tasks assigned.Qualifications·Good knowledge in a contact centre environment, specifically related to Corporate Banking Operations.
·Good acumen for risk management and controls.·Good organisational and analytical skills with attention to details.
·Team player, self-driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.·Able to multi-task, work under pressure and cope with strict timelines.
·Familiar with Singapore and local regulations and policy.·Experience in data analytics to identify trends and common pitfalls for recommendation of effective controls to prevent recurrence.
Competent in the use of data analytics & visualisation tools would be an advantage.
