Corporate Finance & Investment Banking (Banking & Financial Services)
Full time
Liaise with Labuan FSA on all compliance matters (this includes AMLCFT and Labuan FSA regulations)
Prepare reports as requested by Labuan FSA
Ensure client's onboarding and client's transaction is in compliance with AMLCFT policies
Provide training for staff on compliance matters (including AMLCFT training)
Prepare and report to authority on all matters related to AMLCFT (including submitting STR)
Prepare reports and present to the Board of Directors on compliance matters
Monitor the effectiveness of risk management and policy and procedures of the Company
Update Company's policies based on Labuan FSA's latest regulation and liaise with department head to implement the new policies
Job Requirements:
Bachelor or Master's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline
Minimum 4 years in compliance experience with a large and complex organization in the financial services industry
Preferred those who have passed SCLE Modules 9 & 10
Good understanding of Capital Markets transactions
In-depth knowledge of the latest rules and regulations on Capital Markets
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good report-writing skills
Good command of spoken and written English
