COMPLIANCE & RISK EXECUTIVE Job Description: You will be responsible for developing comprehensive sustainability strategies, leading cross-functional teams, engaging with stakeholders at all levels and to raise awareness and understanding of ISO Standards and Risk Management across the organization.
Your commitment will be evident as you monitor and report on the effectiveness of initiatives, stay abreast of current trends, and work collaboratively with other departments.
Developing and implementing comprehensive sustainability strategies that align with the company's objectives.
Leading cross functional teams to ensure effective execution of sustainability initiatives and engage with stakeholders at all levels to promote sustainability practices.
Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness execution of sustainability initiatives and the performance of QMS including environmental performance to top management.
Staying abreast of current trend and developments in sustainability and incorporating these into the company's strategies.
Working collaboratively with other departments to integrate sustainability into the operations.
To compile and review all ESG and sustainability information before submission to HQ.
Assists in all Regulatory activities and ensure compliance on all Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and Environmental Management System (ISO 14001).
To be responsible for the overall management of Quality Management System and its operation.
To manage and control documents and records to be compliance to the ISO Standard.
Support the Company QMS Certification.
Lead and participate in internal, external and 3rd party audit.
To improve, implement and maintain company Management System to fulfilling the Quality and Environmental standards and customer's requirements.
Coordinates with risk owners in the preparation of periodical reviews, updates and maintenance of the Company's Risk Register.
Reviews, accesses existing risk management policies and protocol, makes recommendations and implements modifications and improvements.
Prepares reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management.
Requirements: Proven experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, strong presentation skills and strong teamwork.
Excellent stakeholders' engagement skills with experience promoting sustainability practices.
Ability to monitor and report on the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives.
Minimum knowledge of multiple standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ESG and Risk Management.
