Compounding Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of group leaders and compounders in carrying out their daily responsibilities.
Monitor compounding and preparation of latex, chemicals, coagulant, powder, etc.
Maintain the functionality of all equipment used in the compounding section.
Enforce company policies including safety and health.
Plan for the daily chemical usage.
Attend meetings and communicate to achieve maximum yield.
Supervise and operate daily operations and maintain the efficiency of Compounding.
Responsible for compounding and preparing chemical dispersions.
Supervise the reception of latex chemicals, compounding of latex, and chemical preparation.
Ensure the work area is clean.
Take latex from the compound tank and storage tank.
Plan and request the usage of chemical stocks for compounding and ensure the stocks are always sufficient.
Arrange daily jobs for leaders and operators and monitor their performance.
Ensure the compound activity is in accordance with the schedule.
Report to the Compounding Executive.
Handle any ad-hoc tasks given by superiors.#J-18808-Ljbffr
