Job Description: Work Days: 6 days per weekWorking Hours: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (1-hour break)Salary Range: RM 1,800 – RM 3,500 (depending on experience and sales performance)Location: Saverbro Sandakan Branch, Sabah Key Responsibilities: - Technical Support: Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop and desktop computer issues for customers.Provide repair services including formatting, software installations, and hardware replacement (e.g., hard drives, RAM, batteries, keyboards).Assist customers with technical queries and recommend suitable products or services.Ensure all repairs are completed with a high standard of quality and professionalism.Stay updated on the latest tech trends, products, and repair techniques. - Sales Executive: Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate laptop and gadget solutions.Engage with walk-in customers and provide expert advice on product features and benefits.Maintain knowledge of Saverbro's product inventory and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell products.Track and meet individual sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of Saverbro.Assist in managing the showroom display, ensuring products are presented in an attractive and organized manner.Build strong customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service, encouraging repeat business and referrals.Collaborate with the marketing team on sales campaigns and promotions, providing input based on customer feedback and preferences. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Certificate in Computer Repair/IT, STPM, or equivalent.Sales Experience: Experience in sales, customer service, or retail, particularly in tech or electronics, is highly preferred.Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with computer repairs, troubleshooting, and hardware replacements.Strong understanding of computer hardware and software (Windows and MacOS).Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-tech-savvy customers.Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for meeting sales targets.Immediate availability to start.
