Computer Technician

**Job Descriptions**- Identify and resolve hardware and software issues reported by end-users.- Install and set up computer hardware, such as processors, memory, hard drives, and peripherals.- Maintain computer system on regular basis to keep them operating effectively.- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN configurations, routers, switches, and firewalls.- Implement and enforce security procedures, such as firewall configurations, data backups, antivirus software, and user access controls.- Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.- Excellent knowledge of computes and related hardware, such as laptops, servers, printers, and routers.- The ability to stay up to date with the latest advancements in hardware and software.**Requirements**:- Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any related fields.- Knowledgeable in computer operating systems, include Linux, Mac OS, and Windows.- Knowledgeable in SAP will be added advantage.- Having the ability to stay up to date with the latest advancements in hardware and software.**At Acetalent, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our company values.
