Concierge Cum Security

Your duties may include but is not limited to providing bell service for guests of the hotel, pick-ups and deliveries, and handling guest requests.Recognizes customers immediately with a warm and hospitable welcome.Assign in luggage/baggage storing.Patrol the Hotel premises including Lobby, Lounge, all floors, rooftop and basement.Guard and patrol the Hotel premises and/or its vicinity and direct traffic.Respond to emergency situations to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers.Reports directly to Manager on duty all emergency and incidents.You may also be required to monitor the CCTV room and prepare daily report.Ensure that the main entrance is attended at all times.Helps keep the entrance, Lobby and related areas clean.Understand the customer's needs and provide them with recommendations with outdoor activities and facilities provided by the hotel.To regularly check all parking lot (In front of Hotel & basement area) whether it has been reserved or not and report to Front Office staff on duty.You may also be assigned other administrative and/or operational duties from time to time by the Management.
