Responsibilities: Manage face-to-face enquiries, requests and complaints from shoppers, retailers and general public, and provide accurate advise on products, services and marketing activities within Suria KLCC Shopping Mall.Understand shoppers' needs and preferences and provide the necessary assistance to ensure utmost shoppers' satisfaction.Manage and provide in-mall services such as wheelchair, baby stroller rental, Lost & Found, etc.Execute daily mall walk to check mall facilities such as monitoring content and functionality of digital directories and screens, checking of Surau and Baby Room, etc.Assist shoppers on-ground during mall walk, mobile concierge duty, escalator duty, VVIP duty, etc.Maintain relationship with all Centre Management and Shared Services teams, and work closely with the Marketing Department to ensure relevant marketing plans and initiatives are well supported and communicated, including but not limited to redemption management and dissemination of information to internal and external parties.Manage customer care special projects and initiatives, including but not limited to development of ideas, planning and execution of initiatives.Prepare daily reports such as redemption reports, mall walk findings, etc. Requirements: Minimum SPM level and above.Must have at least 2 years of working experience in related field, preferably from hospitality, airline and retail industry.Positive work attitude, punctual, reliable, responsible and willing to work on shifts as assigned by superior.Pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Possesses computer knowledge and literacy, especially in Microsoft applications – Excel.Fixed term contract - 1 year.
