Successful candidates:-
-Will be working with international and national clients and stakeholders.
-Working as part of a team in planning, managing and executing conferences and corporate events.
-Contributing creative ideas to create memorable conferences and corporate events.
-Working with multiple vendors such as venues, web developers, AV and IT teams, suppliers, etc.
-From idea creation to content management, you will be taking on responsibilities in program and speaker management, marketing and registration management, sponsorship/exhibition management, or social programme and VIP management.
This role is about pulling together all the different components to deliver a unique experience and a successful event.
To have personal leadership and be able to work as a team is crucial.

; Requirements:-
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in medical-related, Psychology, Health Sciences, Event Management, Hospitality and Tourism, or Business Management.
-Wants to make a positive impact on society with the effort they put into their work.
-Courses or certificates in digital skills, is active on social media platforms, or having good video editing and design skills is an added advantage.
-Past volunteer experience or job experience in customer service or retail positions is an added advantage.
-Familiarity and competence in Microsoft Excel email communication and PowerPoint.
-Strong spoken and written command of the English language.
-Fluent in speaking and writing in additional languages is an added advantage.
-We work with local and international clients and are in the events industry, so do expect out-of-standard office hours.
