Consolidation & Reporting - Senior Executive/Executive

Responsibilities:
Prepare consolidation management accounts on monthly basis Responsible for the timely submission of monthly/quarterly consolidated management accounts, budget, etcEnsure subsidiaries monthly management accounts are fully in compliance with MFRS & group policyPreparation for statutory and management reporting, such as annual report, Shariah Compliance Report, quarterly announcement report, ad-hoc reports required for Board Meeting/ Senior Management Meeting etcAnalyze financial and non-financial date from the consolidated reports of the Group on monthly basisEnsure the submission of quarterly disclosures/analysis and reports in respect of compliance and Bursa requirementResponsible of annual budget and budget review compilation on consolidated basisBeing the focal point in coordinating with other departments for information gathering Requirements:
Degree in Accounting or Partial or full Professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA member)Minimum 2/4 years' relevant working experiences, preferably in the property development, hotel industry or with audit experienceHardworking, responsible and committedMeticulous and able to deliver with tight deadlinesFamiliar in International Financial Report Standards Possess strong communication and analytical skills with attention to detailsSelf-starter, motivated, flexible and work well in a teamAbility to work with minimal supervision
