Construction Clerk required for our new Site Project Location at Sungai Muda, Seberang Perai Utara, Pulau Pinang.

Job Requirement:-

At least Diploma in Office Management or equivalent.At least 2 years of experience as site admin/clerk in construction industries.Excellent computer skills.Good spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English.Possess own transportation.
Job Description:-

To maintain attendance report and update by daily.To compile, record, photostat, file and send back all the Delivery Order (DO) and other related document to HQ at least once a week.To generate attendance report and compile daywork summary for general workers by fortnightly.To generate attendance report & compile Overtime submission for all site staff to proceed Project Manager's approval and send to HQ by monthly.To attend to telephone calls / guests and taking down messages / enquiries.To receive and distributing of incoming documents for the office with proper record of distribution.To ensure a proper filling system, record of files, documents and etc, is maintained and updated for quality records from time to time.To assist in office equipment / assets maintenance, stationery requisition, control and distribution.To prepare for site meeting including photostat and distribute the minutes.To assist in all the clerical works and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time
