Scope of Works:Understand, strategize, and coordinate the project construction scope and requirements based on the approved FID, project charter, etc. Draft the requirements in the scope of work or the ITB and other related procedures such as the Project Execution Plan and Construction Execution Plan.
Plan, develop, and update the project's Construction Work Plan/Construction Execution Plan. The plan covers all construction strategies, planning, and project resources (People, Equipment, and Materials) required for the project. Detail the scope and methodology to execute the project.
Monitor, administer, manage, and continuously improve the construction execution at the worksite, ensuring that construction work is conducted based on the approved schedule and procedures. Ensure the work adheres to good engineering practices and continuously improve work quality and safety.
Understand and plan the requirements, procedures, and prerequisites for achieving mechanical completion and handover of the assets/facilities. Manage the verification of the work system and physical execution at the worksite prior to acceptance of work. Assist in commissioning works and deliverables.
Plan, monitor, and execute the implementation of project governance during the construction phase, including Value Management Practices such as Constructability Review, Project Audits, and project reviews. Monitor and verify the completion of statutory requirements during the construction phase.
Qualification/Skills:
Minimum Degree in any Engineering discipline (Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering)
5-9 years of experience in the position
Conversant in various aspects of Onshore/Offshore Construction activities
Understanding of Upstream and Downstream Business
Technical knowledge in Operations (added advantage)
Registered with CIDB
Has valid Oil & Gas Safety Passport (OGSP-NIOSH) - applicable for Onshore Live Facilities only
