Construction Management - Junior

Job descriptions: To assist the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and manage construction activities including budgeting control, scheduling, quality control, and progress of the project.   Prepare overall project schedule and work trade management   Responsible for all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.   Assist in liaising with local authorities on submission and approval as and when required.   Coordinate and work with project consultants and contractor from project inception to completion   Preparation and submission of relevant project documents required by authorities   Conduct regular site meetings with internal team and contractors to follow-up on project/work progress; demand necessary action(s) required to ensure project deadlines and requirements are met at all times. Requirements: •  Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in  Construction Management or equivalent.
•  Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin (Mainly deal with mandarin speaking clients)
•  Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, MS.WORD, MS.EXCEL.
•  Self-motivated, have good communication skills and strong problem-solving skills.
