Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Establish, implement, and maintain QMS.
Oversee the entire construction process
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve quality issues.
Perform regular quality audits and inspections of construction work, materials, and subcontractors.
Ensure that construction projects are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.
Provide training to project teams and subcontractors on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues, including managing non-conformance reports (NCRs), identifying root causes, and ensuring corrective and preventive actions are taken.
Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, audits, reports, and documentation for regulatory compliance and project review.
Prepare periodic quality reports for senior management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding quality concerns and ensure effective communication to address any issues or updates.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
5+ years within the construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of construction standards, codes, and regulations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and collaborate effectively across various departments.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) is a plus.
Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English as most of the clients are from China.
