Responsibilities:Overseeing and coordinating construction projects
Ensure that all construction work adheres to established procedures and specifications.
Planning, organizing, and directing construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution
Monitoring and controlling construction costs, managing project budgets, and implementing cost-saving measures
Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
Providing strategic and operational leadership to the construction team, mentoring and developing staff as needed
Identifying and mitigating potential risks, and implementing appropriate risk management strategies
Maintaining detailed project records, reporting on progress, and communicating effectively with stakeholders
Requirements:Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar senior construction leadership role
Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as project management principles and techniques
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
Knowledge of relevant construction laws, regulations, and safety standards
