Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager for our prestigious client in the industrial construction industry. This is an onsite position based on the project site e.g. Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Malacca, Selangor, Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage electrical and mechanical aspects of foreign investment projects from inception to completion.Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, specifically tailored for foreign investment projects.Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, design, procurement, construction, and maintenance, ensuring all project objectives are met.Oversee the management of subcontracting, and materials procurement, and liaise with government agencies to ensure project compliance and smooth execution.Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and international standards.Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns.Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure adherence to plans and specifications. Qualifications: Min. 8 years of experience in project management, specifically with foreign investment projects.In-depth knowledge of foreign investment project management practices and modes.Strong international engineering vision and experience handling subcontracting, materials, and government resources.Proficiency in English as a working language is essential.Proven experience in large-scale project management, preferably in cleanrooms, integrated circuits, pharmaceuticals, or related high-tech industries.Based in Malaysia, with subsequent assignments in Thailand and Vietnam.Priority will be given to those who register through this link: https://glints.link/construction-project-manager
