Need to be able to off take from Architectural Drawings all quantitiesHas to be able to go on site for join measurement surveyNeed to be able to understand market costs of construction items and servicesHas to very developed network of suppliersHas to be able to make BQ remeasurements from Tender BQ and DrawingsHas to prepare quotations and VOs in projects and adhoc works.Require to be able to use AutoCAD or equivalent CAD softwareBe able to speak in English, BM & Mandarin.Minimum mode of transport is MotorcycleHas to be able to travel within Malaysia.Has to be healthy and have CIDB Green Card
