Construction Quantity Surveyor

**Responsibilities**:- Review architectural plans and undertake take-off for cost plans and bills of quantities.- Prepare contract documents and tender documentation.- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.- Preparation on Progress Claim, Sub-contractors and suppliers Payment.**Job Requirements**:- Required skill(s): AutoCad, Microsoft Office- At least 1 -2 years of working experience in this related field is required for this position.- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.**Job Benefits**:- Minimum 12 days Annual Leave.- Medical, Dental and Insurance Provided.- Full systematic training will be provided by Senior Supervisors.
