Construction Site Manager-C&S Project

**Position: Construction Site Manager.****Salary: RM 8000-10000.****Job location: Kepong, Kuala Lumpur.****About the company**:- Our client is a leading utilities and environmental engineering company providing innovative solutions, advance technologies and professional management to the water and wastewater industries for over two decades. They specialize in the design, implementation and management of water and sewage projects. They are now seeking for a suitably qualified and experienced Construction Manager to undertake the various projects that will come on stream.**Role & Responsibilities**:- The overall responsibility will be to ensure the construction process is safe; that build quality, workmanship and environmental standards are consistently high and projects are completed on time and to predetermined cost.- **Responsibilities & Duties**:- Responsible for executing multi-discipline projects, including planning resources, organising work place/storage areas and preparing construction work schedules.- Manage the day-to-day running of the civil work construction site.- Supervise and coordinate staff, sub-contractors, material suppliers and utility providers to ensure an efficient method of construction process and build quality.- Conduct meetings with clients, consultants, suppliers, statutory bodies and sub-contractors.- Responsible for planning, scheduling of works and problem solving.- Report and tract construction progress and Vos and advise any deviations and actions to be taken.**Job requirements**:- For this position we are looking for some one who has previously worked as a construction site manager in water infrastructure engineering projects.- Malaysian male in age group 35-45.- Possess a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.- Minimum 8 years of work experience in similar role.- Experience in urban civil/infrastructure projects is highly desirable.- Well versed with civil water utilitity construction network and possess experience in managing urban pipeline works.- Broad knowledge of construction health and safety regulations.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.**Application for the job**:
