Construction Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors and workers.
Ensure quality of work in accordance with specifications and drawings.
Check, schedule, control, and monitor all plant and materials.
Monitor site progress and ensure all works are done as per schedule.
Liaise closely with the main contractor, consultant, client, and the operation team to ensure timely completion of projects.
Monitor, record, and control material usage or transfer at the site and monitor machinery and material wastage on site.
Carry out site work inspection with stakeholder representatives to ensure quality work on the site.
Supervise and check the site work according to drawings, specifications, and schedule.
Site housekeeping, safety, and health control.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experiences:
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Civil Engineering / Building Construction / Environmental.
2 years or more in a related field in handling site operations are preferred.
Experience in Construction or post BIM or SSS certificate will be an advantage.
