Construction Specialist

Job Responsibilities: Supervise construction during the plant-building phase, including managing construction quality and progress. Ensure contractors adhere to architectural design plans and that the project complies with local regulations and procedures to successfully complete the plant construction.Responsible for communication and coordination with local building authorities and managing related review procedures.Manage and communicate with construction contractors.Oversee the quality and progress of interior decoration projects.Handle general administrative tasks and procurement during the plant-building phase.Other requirements: 1. College degree or above majoring in civil engineering/architecture.
2. Have basic mechanical and electrical knowledge of construction engineering. 3. More than 5 years of experience in actually participating in the on-site management of Party A (owner) or Party B (licensee) of the construction project
4. Good command of Mandarin is required (Proficient in Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing).
5. The selected candidate will have to work in Taiwan for a short period during the initial training phase.
