Construction Supervisor

Responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Involves supervising on-site personnel, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining effective communication between all project stakeholders.
Coordinate and schedule work activities to meet project timelines.
Provide guidance, training, and support to team members as needed.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve safety issues or potential hazards.
Act as the main point of contact between on-site teams, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Ensure construction of tombs etc are done in line with drawings and quality plan.
Job Requirement:
Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred).
Ability to sketch or use AutoCAD is a bonus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
