**Job Scope**- Familiar with the Singapore fund management industry and regulatory requirements.- Understanding of MAS regulations governing the financial markets, such as the SFA, FAA- Knowledge of types of fund management companies and their licensing requirements- Able to advise clients of regulatory submission and matters pertaining to risk management, AML/CFT framework.- Ability to research the latest MAS Notices and guidelines affecting the fund management industry.- Good understanding of Singapore's VCC framework and its regulations.- Knowledge of CRS, FARCA and tax implications governing the fund management industry.**Responsibilities**:- Able to Conduct KYC/CDD on prospective clients during onboarding and periodically review existing clients.- Able to Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on prospective and existing clients when red flags are identified or triggered.- Perform transaction and wallet monitoring, investigating unusual transactions and activities and preparing suspicious transaction reports.- Review new products/instruments/business plans from a compliance perspective.- Manage document retention in accordance with applicable AML regulations and company policies.- Update and draft compliance policies and procedures as required.- Implement compliance procedures and systems to meet regulatory requirements.- Conduct compliance training sessions to educate staff on their AML/CFT obligations, relevant regulatory developments, and compliance policies and procedures.- Prepare regulatory reports as required.- Stay updated on relevant regulatory news and updates, identifying potential legal, regulatory, sanctions, or reputational risks for the company.**Requirements**:- Degree and/or ACAMS or ICA certification is a plus.- In-depth understanding of the local regulatory framework established by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
