Minimum Qualifications:Possess a bachelor's degree in any field withminimum CGPA 3.0 or equivalent
At least 3 - 5 years' working experience in business transformation or IT projects
Candidates with IT consultancy, advisory or project management experience are strongly encouraged to apply
Software development/implementation experience (especially in banking or insurance industry) is an added advantage
Excellent command of the English Language (written & spoken)
Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, resourceful, and result-oriented
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical skills and enjoys out-of-the-box thinking
Highly motivated individuals with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and willing to travel when required
Responsibilities:Plan and manage systems implementation, business transformation & improvement, and consulting projects for clients in the financial services industry
Manage project activities and monitor project status
Manage project issues to ensure proper resolution on time to minimize impact to the project
Manage key stakeholders within the client organization
Work closely with vendors, client users & IT in planning and executing projects
Review key deliverables produced by the team & vendors
Perform analysis to develop new business processes and/or technology solutions for clients
Prepare and document project deliverables
Facilitate project meetings and discussions
