Job Description Primary Functions To achieve the sales targets allocated Provide assistance to customers to ensure satisfaction, follow-up on customer purchases and maintain customer database To set up and maintain product displays and collateral material To complete required administration work i.e. customer profiles, daily/monthly sales report/stock sheets etc. To assist in trade and press presentations, beauty clinics and any other promotional activities as required. Any other duties as directed by your immediately superior/management from time to time. Requirements Minimum 2 years' of relevant working experience. Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Social Selling Skills. E.g.: Social Posting, Virtual Consultation,Live Streaming Benefits Commission: RM500 - RM1800 Personal Incentive: RM200 – RM400 (non-senior) RM300 – RM500 (Senior) Store Incentive: RM200 – RM600 (depending on the Store Size) FSS Allowance (Only for FSS): RM200 - RM400 Annual Wage Supplement: 1 month of basic salary (upon confirmation) Free Cosmetics: RM1,650/ quarterly Working Days: 5 days / week OT claim: Entitled
