Primary Functions To achieve the sales targets allocated
Provide assistance to customers to ensure satisfaction followup on customer purchases and maintain customer database
To set up and maintain product displays and collateral material
To complete required administration work i.e. customer profiles daily/monthly sales report/stock sheets etc.
To assist in trade and press presentations beauty clinics and any other promotional activities as required.
Any other duties as directed by your immediately superior/management from time to time.
Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Social Selling Skills. E.g.: Social Posting Virtual ConsultationLive Streaming
Benefits Commission: RM500 RM1800
Personal Incentive: RM200 RM400 (nonsenior) RM300 RM500 (Senior)
Store Incentive: RM200 RM600 (depending on the Store Size)
FSS Allowance (Only for FSS): RM200 RM400
Annual Wage Supplement: 1 month of basic salary (upon confirmation)
Free Cosmetics: RM1650/ quarterly
Working Days: 5 days / week
OT claim: Entitled
