As part of the Health & Benefits team, this role is primarily to develop and grow our H&B business in Malaysia. This would include active business development and pipeline management, design and implementation of effective employee benefits, client sales/servicing support and to deliver on H&B strategy and BD projects.
The Role Support health & benefits projects and proposals development Clear understanding of client requirement and ability to translate requirements into project proposal, recommendation and SOW Develop benefits propositions, liaising & negotiating with stakeholders and prepare client solutions & recommendations. This would include (but not limited to) day to day vendor collaboration, building/refining processes and developing marketing/sales materials Project delivery and account management. This would include serving as the contact for internal stakeholders and clients on delivery of services. Consulting projects delivery, ensuring the progress against established objectives, budget, timeline, deliverables and quality standards Manage an active and healthy sales pipeline that is aligned to revenue target Ensure compliance with the requirements of Company's Quality Standards Monitor/control workflow priorities in the team to ensure goals/target are achieved Conduct benchmarking studies and other research; provide value added analyses and summaries Design, distribute and evaluate responses to surveys and RFPs
The Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a Health & Benefits consulting and/or brokerage role, or
from a C&B function in industry Excellent ability to communicate effectively to address clients' need and challenges Strong written/verbal communication skills and ability to present ideas/solutions Technical proficiency in Malaysian employee benefits Strong self-leadership by working independently and seeking help when needed Sense of accountability by owning one's work and taking pride in it Broad understanding of compliance issues related to local legislation Strong agility to manage and learn from rapid changing work environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Equal Opportunity Employer
