Lead internal team meetings (set agendas, take notes, execute most action items afterwardsConduct general research using internet and internal databases to gather informationWhat you need to have:Bachelor's Degree in any discipline3 -5 years experience within HR Consulting or HR Talent Management Experienced in applying HR Assessment / HR Engagement ToolsProficient in using MS Office Application, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerpointStrong analytical skills and detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate informationAble to network and present sales pitch to key leaders in large organizationsWhat makes you stand out:Experienced in Talent Product Sales is highly preferredAbility to systematically manage and retrieve data.Excellent coordination skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholdersResponsive, enthusiastic, open to learn and take on new challenges.Creative Problem Solver and Resourceful
