Minimum Requirements:Have a valid KBPA registration from Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia (LKM)
OR
Clinical Psychologists:
Masters in Clinical Psychology (MPsych), and;
Have valid Malaysian Society of Clinical Psychologist (MSCP) or Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC) registration
AND
Hold a valid counselling or clinical psychology license forat least 3 years .
Experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) is a plus.
Strong interest in leveraging digital technology to enhance care delivery.
Passionate about (or eager to learn) healthy living, motivational interviewing, and interdisciplinary healthcare.
Proficient in both spoken and written English.
What you'll do:Provide on-site, non-clinical support to content moderators 2-3 days a week at their offices.
Deliver support and care for the public, corporate clients, and patients both digitally and in-person.
Offer clinical and non-clinical support in both individual and group settings.
Provide holistic mental health support to our members using evidence-based approaches to achieve behaviour changes and becoming their healthiest self.
Review daily progress of members and provide feedback to ensure that members stay on track in achieving their goal.
Work with other coaches from other specialties within Naluri to come up with the best customized plan that fits the members.
