Job Title: Consumer Activation Manager
Location: Malaysia
How you will contribute:
The Consumer Activation Manager is responsible for the creation and execution of consumer strategy that is linked to the core objectives of the Dengue vaccine business in line with country objectives.
Develop strategies and agile content-enabled tactics for integrated, seamless customer experience, and multichannel engagement programs designed to achieve brand and business objectives.
Collaborate closely with Brand Manager/Institutional business/Market Access/Medical for strategic planning & execution of activation campaigns (offline & digital) for Dengue vaccine.
The Consumer Activation Manager will develop non-branded consumer campaigns and strategies for the dengue vaccine through omnichannel (traditional & digital channels) which lead to disease awareness and call to action for the consumer to meet HCPs/HCOs/HCEs.
Identify new channel customer-facing initiatives and channels that will enhance the customer experience.
Develop a deep understanding of various demographics & consumer behavior while leading the brand's communication plan, covering the when, where, what, and how of brand messaging.
Become a consumer expert by conducting surveys and engaging in one-on-one conversations to gain a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
Oversee the development of agile content and digital assets, managing internal and external partners and ensuring continued engagement with business teams.
Provide ongoing thought leadership across functional teams and infuse strong digital thinking across initiatives and projects. Keep core stakeholders abreast of emerging digital trends/technologies and innovative digital marketing programs.
Align the right KPIs and measurement tools to measure results, ensuring continuous improvement of performance.
Manage assigned region A&P to optimize executional effectiveness and efficiency KPIs as well as guaranteeing budget compliance.
Collaborate with local and I-SEA peers & senior management to develop strategic product omnichannel plans.
Enable and support a positive team environment both within the vaccine team and with cross-functional stakeholders.
Collaborate with ethics, compliance, and legal teams to establish and maintain processes for ethical and legally compliant market research execution.
Champion a culture of integrity, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and legal guardrails throughout all stages of activities.
What you bring to Takeda:
Master's degree in marketing or business administration or equivalent.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or 2+ years as a consumer Brand Manager; media background from key media agency or major advertiser is a plus.
Experience in vaccine or ethical consumer programs or any other consumer brands is an added value.

Creating easy to use dashboards to understand outcomes which can be monitored regularly & measured.
The ability to work in a matrix environment and orchestrate across organizations, regardless of direct line-of-sight management.
Direct connection with traditional and social media influencers, creative agencies, and the ability to build and maintain such connections and relationships over time.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (presentations).
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the agility to respond to new and changing requirements based on both a market and company environment.
High level of intellect with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality.
Adaptable and resilient to changes. Comfortable working with ambiguity & change.
