ResponsibilitiesEffectively and efficiently manage the consumer sales team resources for both Branch Banking and Premier Banking Segments to achieve targets and standards for sales, high-level service quality, and risk management.
Build business partnerships and reciprocal business relationships.
Manage the Sales Team Manager(s) of Consumer Banking, Branch Banking, and Premier Banking to achieve revenue targets for the branch.
Implement the structured engagement process with the Workplace Banking Acquisition Team for incremental acquisition of new companies and individual staff accounts for the branch.
Oversee the branch's overall relationship with the IQ Corporates for continued business growth opportunities, including cross-selling.
Ensure Team Manager/Deputy Team Manager plan, manage, and oversee the running of iQ New/Existing corporates roadshows/events.
Drive Asset Under Management and Customer Information File growth for the branch by planning branch events/activities.
Promote the usage of sales & service methodology to achieve targets.
Optimize customer interaction tools such as CRUs and campaign leads to deliver sales results.
Ensure consumer sales team compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Achieve a Pass in Internal & External Audit, Health Checks, and Call Backs.
Build and develop staff competencies and leadership qualities.
In charge of recruitment and maintain low staff attrition.
QualificationsDegree in banking and finance, accounting, or business administration, with at least 5 years' experience in branch banking with exposure in sales, service & operational aspects.
Sound financial knowledge.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of banking law and practices.
