To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:Background & Education7-10 years of extensive experience in consumer experience and engagement across various markets, with a focus on Australia, Korea, China, Indonesia, and BrazilProven track record of success in driving purposeful consumer experience with unique value proposition and differentiated experienceDeep understanding of the digital ecosystem and channel orchestration between owned channels with paid and earnedBachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferredSkillsStrategic thought leadership with a passion for driving purposeful consumer experience and drive business impactOperational excellence with proven results and strong project management of removing barriers for the team, highly accountable for outcomesKnowledge of key platforms – Search, Web, CRM, DTCAbility to strengthen 0PD/1PD collection and utilizationStrong base of analytical skills; ability to assess, interpret, and integrate learning from multiple sources to influence business strategiesAble to build talent & capability and improve way of workingProven ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment and with external agency partners to deliver resultsExternally focused identifying the right solutions and capabilities to deliver business goalsTotal BenefitsHere are just a few of the benefits you'd enjoy working in this role for Kimberly-Clark.
