Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Contact Center Assistant at Sunway Construction Group Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with 1 year of experience or less.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- Energetic and motivated individual with a positive attitude
- Strong emotional intelligence and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
