Contact Center Associate - Work From Home

British American Tobacco Malaysia is seeking a Contact Center Associate to work from home in George Town, Penang. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, such as phone calls, emails, and live chat. Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information.

Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner- Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions- Providing excellent customer service at all times- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions- Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction- Adhering to company guidelines and standards

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations- Resourceful and adaptable personality traits- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools- High school diploma or equivalent- Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home
