As the Contact Center Manager for Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the contact center operations and ensuring a high level of customer service. This position is part-time and allows for remote work from home.

**Responsibilities:**- Manage a team of contact center agents, including hiring, training, and performance management- Develop and implement contact center policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation- Monitor call center performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints- Develop and implement training programs for contact center agents- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

**Requirements:**- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- Minimum of 7 years of experience in contact center management- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and planning skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Resilient and hardworking attitude
