As a Contact Center Specialist at Genting Group, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service over the phone and through various digital channels. This is a part-time remote position based in George Town, Penang, Malaysia.

Responsibilities:- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to customers- Stay current on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet and exceed customer service goals- Utilize critical thinking skills to quickly assess and resolve customer concerns- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role- Excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language- Driven and energetic personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work well within a team- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment- Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently- Proficiency in computer software applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly
