Job Overview:  The Technical Support Specialist (mandarin requirement) will be the primary contact for customers using the client's website shopping channel.
You will respond to customer requests, manage concerns, and provide specific information based on inquiries received via inbound phone calls and email channels.
This role is crucial in projecting a professional company image and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The Service Advisors (cantonese requirement) will provide customer service support to Client Customers' requests for information related to items including, but not limited to, post order support, delivery information, payment information, product pre-orders, product pre-screening calls (where applicable), and general Customer inquiries.
What we need from you: You have either Certificate/ SPM/ Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Must have B2 level English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, and aural comprehension).
Decent English Speaking capabilities.
You are proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in Mandarin (both Traditional/ Simplied chinese) Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal in English AND Cantonese Work Experience (Nice to have): Minimum of 6 months of work experience in customer support / customer service representative in any industry, preferably in financial services.
Fresh graduates are welcome, especially those with degrees in English with Communication, English for Professionals, Mass Communication, or related fields.
A minimum 6-month call centre experience in Banking /Financial Services/ Fintech and possess 6 months of Sales Experience If you are someone who has the following: You enjoy speaking to customers and have strong customer service orientation.
