We invite applications from qualifying candidates to be part of the growing team in this region. Analysts will play a key role in ensuring the consistency, quality and timely delivery of data that powers our products. The Analysts will be part of a dynamic team working with colleagues across multiple locations and experience a truly multi-national culture.Required Day to Day Responsibilities
Process data and apply in an accurate manner to the database using technical and financial knowledge to add value
Take responsibility for data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness
Ensure timely and complete resolution of queries from internal and external clients
Support new projects to create and maintain content
Work effectively within teams or by yourself, be proactive to identify and resolve problems
Liaise with Data Operations, Customers and third party suppliers
Research new and review existing sources to ensure that quality, timeliness and automation
Support continuous improvement of the process by sharing observations and feedback on the process
Use appropriate language skills to understand and source financial information
Use language skills to build relationships with overseas market contacts
Document policies, procedures and work processes
Adhere to current data policies and procedures
Backup other analysts in the team during their absenceRequired Skills (Must Have)
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Business level Mandarin language (reading & comprehension) as job requires capturing and analyzing data mainly in Mandarin on daily basis.
