Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy Development and Planning:
Collaborate with the sales team to craft content strategies that align with the company's business goals and target audience. Stay updated with digital and social media trends to ensure content remains engaging and effective. Develop content plans for campaigns on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
Content Creation:
Plan, produce, and edit high-quality video and digital content showcasing our products and brand story. Conceptualize and create a variety of content formats, including educational products, product highlights, and behind-the-scenes footage. Develop visually appealing graphics and animations to support digital campaigns, product launches, and events.
Other Responsibilities:
Prepare scripts and enhance them from time to time. Responsible for setting livestream processes according to the livestream schedule. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and assets for content creation. Responsible for video shooting and editing. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to provide insights and recommendations. Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platforms to ensure content relevance and engagement.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital content creation, video production, and/or multimedia design.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices, especially on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
Experience in creating content for recruitment, sales tools, or agent-based businesses is a plus.
Excellent storytelling abilities with the skill to create engaging narratives around products and agent success.
