Content Creator

We are seeking a creative and motivated Content Creator to join our team, focused on developing and executing content strategies for multiple brands across various social media platforms. This role is essential for building brand awareness, driving engagement, and fostering community interaction through innovative and captivating content.
Key Responsibilities:



-Content Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies that align with each brand's objectives, including creating content calendars and managing timelines.


-Content Creation: Produce high-quality social media posts in various formats, including videos and photos, using tools like Capcut and Canva. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.


-Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, ensuring consistent and on-brand messaging.


-Community Management: Engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and interactions to foster a positive and active community.


-Collaboration: Work closely with the art department, copywriting team, media team, and account servicing to ensure all content aligns with overall campaign goals and brand guidelines.


-Trend Spotting and Ideation: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and emerging platforms, contributing fresh ideas for content and campaigns.


-Content Adaptation: Review monthly reports and adjust content strategies based on performance metrics like engagement, followers, and conversions.

; Requirements:- Qualifications:



-Experience Level: Entry to mid-level experience in content creation or social media management.


-Skills: Strong skills in ideation, trend spotting, video editing, basic copywriting, storytelling and comfortable in front of the camera.


-Tools: Proficient in CapCut and Canva; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus and basics in Google Suite (Docs, Slides and Sheets)


-Reporting: Ability to interpret monthly performance reports and make data-driven content adjustments.
