Job Title: Content Creator (Property News and Events)Job Level: Entry-Mid Level**Responsibilities**:- Write compelling and informative news articles related to the property industry and share press releases on the company's website news page.- Collaborate with writers and translators to develop press releases, ensuring accuracy and clarity in content.- Generate engaging social media content, including text, images, and videos, collaborating with other creators to develop designs, photography, and videography.- Plan and schedule social media content for various platforms, including the development of ad campaigns to enhance engagement and reach.- Attend property events and provide comprehensive coverage, including live updates, interviews, and post-event summaries.**Skills**:- Proficiency in English is essential; fluency in Chinese is a bonus.- Basic design skills using tools like Canva or similar platforms to create visually appealing content.- Strong eye for photography and videography, with the ability to capture and edit compelling visuals.- Ability to storyboard ideas effectively, translating concepts into engaging content.- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Note: Prior experience or knowledge in the property industry is beneficial but not required.
